With a registered capital of 5 million RMB, the company currently employs 102 technical engineers and 26 management personnel. It is an integrated company specializing in the sales, repair, remanufacturing, and training of imported construction machinery. The company boasts a nearly 1000-square-meter office building, a 2000-square-meter automated parts warehousing center, and a 3000-square-meter national-standard repair workshop. The workshop is equipped with advanced testing equipment including lathes, grinders, drilling machines, crankshaft grinders, engine cylinder boring lathes, ultrasonic cleaners, sandblasting machines, engine dynamometers, and hydraulic pump test benches. On February 15, 2023, Nanjing Yibao Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, was established, specializing in various engineering contracting and construction machinery leasing businesses. Its main services include short-term and long-term port loading and unloading and mining loading and unloading services, loader/excavator equipment leasing, mine greening services, intelligent remote control, and new energy businesses.

In December 2025, Nanjing Shansong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. Zhangjiagang Branch, a subsidiary, was established, specializing in Zhangjiagang Port labor contracting services.
